JDH Software is a small AI and automation shop in Harare. We build the connective tissue that most Zimbabwean businesses are still doing by hand.
The short version

Owner, finance, sales and support each get their own view. Our technical support sees nothing at all until you approve it, for one conversation, for five minutes.
Ask what needs attention, who owes money or how the pipeline looks, and it answers from the records in front of you. It will draft the follow-up too.

It means an assistant that has been given your business's own information — price lists, stock, invoice history, supplier terms, the policies your staff currently have to ask about — and can answer questions about it in plain language.
It is not a generic chatbot with your logo on it. Ask it “what did we bill Nyati Construction last quarter and have they paid?” and it answers from your books, not from the internet.
No. That is the point. We connect to what you already run and leave it in place. Your accountant keeps working the way they work; the difference is that everything else can now see those numbers too.
Through WhatsApp Business, using the official channel. Messages to your business number can be read, answered, logged against a customer, and turned into a task or an invoice — either automatically or with a person approving each one.
We do not touch anyone's personal WhatsApp account.
We agree in writing which systems are connected and what is pulled from each. Access is limited to the people you name. Your records are used to serve your business only — never sold, never used to train anything shared with another client.
You can request a full copy of everything, or ask us to disconnect and delete, at any time.
A focused automation — reminders, a report that sends itself, two systems kept in step — is usually one to two weeks. A full business AI trained on your records is typically three to six weeks depending on how tidy the records are. We give you the dates with the quote.
We quote a fixed price for the project after the mapping stage, so you know the number before any real money is spent. Running costs afterwards are usually small, and we show them to you separately rather than hiding them in a monthly fee.
If it turns out to be less work than we thought, you pay less.
It is normal, and it is part of the job. Half of what we do in the first week is finding out where the truth actually lives. You do not need to tidy anything before calling us — tidying it in advance usually wastes your time.
Yes. We build for mobile data and for days when the line is bad: light pages, WhatsApp as a fallback, and automations that queue and catch up rather than failing. Anything that has to keep running when the power goes out runs off-site, not on a machine in your office.
Not the plan, and not usually the outcome. What we remove is the copying, the chasing and the “can you check for me” interruptions. Most owners use the hours they get back on customers, not on cutting people.
You keep what we built and the documentation for it, and we hand over the accounts and keys. We would rather you stay because it is working than because leaving is difficult.
Yes — countrywide and across the region. We prefer to do the first mapping session in person where we can, and everything after that works fine remotely.
